1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Wholesale-Nutraceuticals.com (the “Site”), which is owned and operated by Nutun Enterprises, together with Global Nutraceutical Brokers and their respective agents, representatives, affiliates, and assigns (collectively, “Nutun Enterprises,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, submitting a form, or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Business-to-Business Use Only
The Site is a business-to-business wholesale resource. Nutun Enterprises offers private label dietary supplements of stock formulations. Nutun Enterprises, Global Nutraceutical Brokers, and their agents do not sell dietary supplement products directly to the consuming public.
To obtain products through Nutun Enterprises, Global Nutraceutical Brokers, or their agents, you must qualify as a valid distributor or retailer of dietary supplements. We may ask for business verification (for example, a business name, resale or tax documentation, or trade references) and may decline or discontinue any account, quote, or order at our discretion. Individual consumers should purchase finished products from a licensed retailer.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have authority to bind the business you represent. By using the Site you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
4. Informational and Educational Purposes Only
All material and documentation on the Site is provided for informational or educational purposes only. - Payment terms, shipping, taxes, duties, returns, and private label arrangements are set out in the written quote, invoice, or separate agreement for each transaction. If those documents conflict with these Terms, the transaction documents control for that transaction.
- Formulas are subject to change. Please contact Nutun Enterprises for the most current formulas.
7. Private Label Services
Private label products are offered from stock formulations. Label artwork, claims, and regulatory compliance of your finished product remain your responsibility. We may require your approval of final label proofs before production. Customization options, if any, are described in your written quote.
8. Third-Party Relationships and Agents
Nutun Enterprises and Global Nutraceutical Brokers may act through agents, representatives, and third-party suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers. These Terms apply to your dealings with any of them in connection with the Site. Unless stated in writing, no agent has authority to change these Terms.
9. Affiliate and Referral Disclosure
Under Federal Trade Commission requirements, we disclose any relationship that provides us compensation. From time to time this website requires revenue to provide free services to all users. Some links on this Site are affiliate or referral links that compensate us with a commission if you purchase a product or service after being referred from our Site, due to any mention or recommendation. This compensation does not increase the price you pay.

Nutun Enterprises and Wholesale-Nutraceuticals.com are not affiliated with any media outlets mentioned on this Site. Any mention is for informational purposes only and does not imply endorsement.
